Starting February 9th; 5 week Pre-Natal Yoga classes for expecting mums
1st course; 9th Feb, 16th Feb, 23rd Feb, 2nd Mar, 9th Mar
Saturdays 9:30 - 10:30 am
Course is $125.00 for the 5 classes
This Pre-natal Yoga Course offers a blend of nurturing supportive yoga postures, mindfulness, including guided breathing and relaxation techniques, to help support you and your pregnancy.
Sessions are one hour long and are set up to:
• Increase core endurance
• Reduce strain on injury
• Develop postural stability
• Promote flexibility
• Optimise muscle balance
Classes are safe for mum & bub, and suitable for all ability levels and ages, however, if you are unsure if this is appropriate for you, please get in touch with the clinic and your GP.
