I have personally experienced all of the above. In conjunction with my Pilates practice, mindfulness and meditation improved my mental and physical resilience  allowing me to go with the flow more. 

The new found balance gave me more confidence and allowed me to get out of my head and just move and have fun again.

The workshop will cover;

·      Introductory breathing and mindfulness techniques

·      Introductory mobility, stability and strengthening exercises

·      Guidelines to apply to home practice – Writing your own program

·      Guided practice of the skills learnt

During the workshop there will be time for discussion on the on the subjects being covered.



WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?

Mindfulness, is a buzz right now, especially in the corporate world, but what is it? Mindfulness is about learning to slow down, breathing, meditating and reacting in a more positive and thoughtful way.

Mediation is part of a mindfulness practice and studies have shown that when practiced regularly can have a positive influence on the individual and boost confidence.
