Modest and sunlit, the Studio has been designed with the client experience at the front of mind: owner-operator and Pilates Practitioner, Megan Clements has created an inviting space for clients to refine their physicality and foster mind-body connection.
What is Studio Pilates?
Pilates has something for everybody type and every part of the body. Studio Pilates can be compared with a “personal-trainer” type experience where you can expect plenty of close attention from your Practitioner.
The Studio setting allows Megan to apply the Method in a way that is most meaningful for your body: from rehabilitation to performance-specific goals.
Megan works closely with clients across all touchpoints: from assessment through to programming and preventative strategy (injury or rehabilitation), and collaborates with allied health partners to deliver an intelligent, holistic treatment experience.
Studio Pilates at Megan Joy is multi-format, and available in one-hour:
Private (1:1) Studio
Duet (2:1) Studio
Semi-Private (3:1) Studio
Pilates Workshops and Masterclasses (small group).
Studio can be a valuable addition to an existing training regimen and help work toward optimal conditioning and functionality for:
General conditioning: flexibility, strength, mobility, balance, endurance.
Improving dynamic postural alignment.
Pilates skill development (self-mastery) and continuing education.
Your Pilates Practitioner can liaise with allied health and medical providers to develop a rehabilitative programming strategy for a broad selection of conditions including:
Pelvic floor dysfunction.
Management and or rehabilitation of chronic pain.
What do I bring?
Just yourself, some water and grip socks (available for purchase in Studio) Dress for comfort, comfort, comfort! We cannot stress this enough. During your session, you will be stretched, pulled and pushed by yourself and your Practitioner, so you will need to wear something that moves with- and doesn't hinder you.
The Megan Joy Pilates Studio is equipped with state of the art Studio apparatus including a Balanced Body Reformer, Balance Body Chair, BASi Cadillac, Balance Body Barrels and arcs. The Studio also has a selection of small props on hand so Megan can create a safe, scalable challenge in your session.
How do I book?
This is an appointment-based service available for booking via MindBody. If you cannot find a day and time that works for you, or you need some help navigating the booking process, get in touch on 0417 959 436. What’s your cancellation policy? Might be worth popping something in here.

Adv Dip Pilates Method (10538NAT)
Exceptionally qualified, Megan holds an Advanced Diploma in the Pilates Method from Pilates International Training Centre (Pilates ITC) – the highest level Pilates qualification in the world. With over a decade of combined experience in and study of the Method, Megan lends expertise in specialist programming and rehabilitation applications. She has a well-honed skill for scanning the body for alignment, strength and weaknesses which makes her an intuitive, connected Instructor that clients love.

Please note, any clients wishing to start Studio Pilates must do the Intro to Studio Pilates sessions before going into semi private sessions.
