This Pre-natal Yoga Course offers a blend of nurturing supportive yoga postures, mindfulness, including guided breathing and relaxation techniques, to help support you and your pregnancy.
Sessions are one hour long and are set up to:
• Increase core endurance
• Reduce strain on injury
• Develop postural stability
• Promote flexibility
• Optimise muscle balance
Classes are safe for mum & bub, and suitable for all ability levels and ages, however, if you are unsure if this is appropriate for you, please get in touch with the clinic and your GP.

From first falling in love with yoga in 1996, Carmela has dedicated herself to daily practice ever since. After her pregnancy, Carmela designed and taught Pre/Postnatal yoga, creating her own program and DVD tutorials.
